Yamaha didn’t stop at power upgrades. The FZ‑X Hybrid now sports a vibrant 4.2-inch color TFT display with Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, ride alerts, and a trip meter. A Smart Motor Generator (SMG) and Start/Stop System make the bike start silently and idle-off in traffic—saving fuel without compromising convenience. Other features include single-channel ABS, traction control, USB charging, and LED lighting, all wrapped in the bike’s rugged, retro design.

The only color offered is Matte Titan with gold alloy wheels, giving it a distinctive appearance on the road.

Comfort & Ride Quality

Weighing around 141 kg, just 2 kg more than the base variant due to added tech, the FZ‑X Hybrid retains stable handling and easy manoeuvrability. While it remains commuter-friendly, the tech upgrades elevate its comfort, especially in city traffic, thanks to start-stop and trip-navigation features.

This is Yamaha’s second hybrid model in India after the FZ‑S Hybrid, reinforcing the brand’s push toward eco-friendly technology. The FZ‑X Hybrid clearly targets riders seeking style, modern tech, and improved efficiency. The festive-season launch aligns with Yamaha’s aim to bag holiday buyers looking for premium upgrades in the 150cc space.
